Qigong or Chi Kung is a traditional Chinese system of breathing and stretching which can be described as a sort of moving meditation. Its a great way to start or end a day as it involved deep breathing and slow movements. The video I’ve chosen for this page, as both a demonstration and training, is for beginners and seniors as its the least impactful on joints but just as powerful as any regular qigong workout. This makes this video a great meditation resource for people of all ages.
